a) A guaranteed booking is possible only if full payment is done in advance.

b )If the booking is cancelled or the guest does not turn-up, no refunds shall be made and guests are bound to pay the balance if any, as we provide accommodations in private houses which are free, during the fair periods and the houseowners are looking to book their rooms at least 1 year in advance.

c) In case of cancellation by the house owners, on what-so-ever reasons by them, we will adjust you to another best possible accommodation.
